Sherry Mojtabaee Joins Florida First Capital’s South Florida Team

Sherry Mojtabaee has joined the company as senior vice president in the Miami office. She was most recently senior vice president at Florida Business Development Corporation (FBDC) and has 10 years of extensive experience in 504 lending. Full Text In her new position, Sherry will primarily be responsible for ¬¬underwriting activities in Florida First Capital’s South Florida office. Her arrival highlights FFCFC’s continuing commitment to the South Florida market and will greatly enhance the full-service Miami office that now includes sales, underwriting, and administrative services. Mojtabaee began her 504 lending career as a vice president at FBDC, where she successfully set-up and ran the company’s Miami office and served as primary contact with borrowers and lenders.
